Although it's high enough, I would still prefer to be a bit higher, maybe a quarter to a half inch.
For you technicians out there---can the seat be raised easily by the dealership or is it a big deal and not worth the effort or money to do it? Isn't it just a matter of installing washers or spacers? I suppose it is more involved being power. |

Yes, I got used to it. AFAIK there is nothing that can be done other than to buy a "Booster Seat". IF we weren't such a ltiginous society, a good shop could probably raise the seat by 2" or so by welding blocks into the base. But we are, and so they won't. (Hell, probably some short guy who has an accident will sue GM because the seats are too low.........)
BTW I am 5'7" but my wife is 5'2" and absolutely hates it. |
