my lower panel got deep scratched by neighbor

still investigating.. i dont know what can i do now beside filing a police report.. i didnt see it happen but almost sure people who park next to me (assigned parking)

police reports are useless (as far as finding the person responsible)... but you might want to file anyways in case your insurance co needs it. when I had my STS, someone hit my car in a parking lot and bounced, i was able to file my claim as hit n run/uninsured motorists (in Texas, not sure how it works in other states) and my deductible was cut in half.

Not sure how long it will take, is it bad? If you take to Cadillac they should have the parts in stock to fix and they will arrange a loaner for you (at least they always have for me, if you request, they will hook you up w/ a loaner)

i took some fotos, but i wont post it until i know more about what's going go (well. although i kinda certain who should be responsible for this). i have to consult more people. though this nice cop who just came (unlike the retarded who pick up the phone at the station) told us he couldnt see malice.. so cannot file police report... although the police report is useless but i think it help for insurance claim. although my car is fully protected by insurance but god my deductible is 1k suggested by my agent, i asked for $500!!!

actually had the cop to confront my neighbor, but i guess my neighbor escaped.. and no one answer the door. cops suggests not to confront neighbor to put the car in other risk. at this point i just hope it wont take like months for supply. man in Texas, can they give $500 and hire a bunches of 6-7 footers fire-armed style and go to their neighbor and ask for the bill?

hell im moving out immediately monday just for this experience.
god will doom his rubbish car.. he will probably run by a truck with his rubbish car and get #%#$#@

Look at your neighbors car and see if there is paint from your car or a scratch. That could help in proving fault.

he didnt hurt mi car with his car.. but one of those hand carries i believe that his passengers carry.. i saw them leaving with those gear when i came home last night just getting out of my car and walking toward to the stairs and they were walking toward the lot. i will talk to the driver tomorrow, let see what kind of person is he gonna be.

I am really sorry. It's one thing for dings that are picked up while driving...that's just a reality, but when some moron who has no repsect for someone else's property just defaces it, there is just no excuse. My friends know that when I drive somewhere they ask to be dropped off at the door if they don't feel like walking, because I'll park as far out as I think is necessary to try to stay clear of people like this. Hope you get it put back in shape quick.

not as bad as what happened to me though, driving came to a stop sign, saw no traffic made a right after a hesitated stop (not a full stop) a douche thinking he is cop of the world walking on the crosswalk that i turned on decided to take it upon himself and slap my car.....******* dented the car in two spots. Obviously not huge, noticeable dents, but none the less dented my car.....I am only 17 and naive, didn't notice the dents till i came out of my car, by then the man was long gone........some nerve on people these days

Take it to a " Paintless Dent Repair" facility. They will make the dents disappear.
