There seems to be absolutely no way to display the digial clock on the main display (in place of the temperature tab perhaps?). The only place I can find it is by hitting the Config button, but that isn't a way to just see the time. Am I wrong? Is there a way to replace the small temperature tab with the clock?
Yes, I know the analog clock is right below it but I have been corrupted and spoiled by our current "now now now" society. |

Odd isn't it?
Along the lines ofd the "featureless" NAV (My most favorite negative of the car (Unless it is the pathetic Seat Memory)) is the fact that it has to also be the only NAV on the planet that doesn't show speed.
Traditionally the speed, as tracked by triangulated satellite, is the most accurate speedometer available. |

How quickly can you read it? Hint: Think binary. |

I have one on my desk at work, and most people around here don't get it (and they are IT people). Nobody works with bits anymore. |

Traditionally the speed, as tracked by triangulated satellite, is the most accurate speedometer available. | according to the owners manual the CTS nav system uses the vehicle speed as reported by the wheel sensors to figure out fast it is moving.
the car's speedo display is the assumed accurate one in this case.

Odd choices, but built to a price I am sure. |
