Need help getting pictures to upload

just took delivery the other day - trying to post pictures but it keeps saying file is too big

Your file of 1.37 MB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 197.7 KB for this filetype

Can someone tell me how to change original picture?

use a free uploader like imageshack.us or resize your original pic to fit the attachment limit. if you dont have photoshop, use

Zymurgy (forum member) had previously posted a link to a free software download that has worked well for me--the desktop icon now says "VSO Image Resizer" and enables me to shrink my images for uploading. The message was in the earlier pages of the images thread above. Good luck!

Once you have it on your PC, just click on your pix and go to file and you will see resize. Med. is a good size for uploading to the web.
