All-Weather Mats

Remove this ad
If you are looking for an inexpensive way to improve the interior look, I suggest purchasing the all-weather mats for about $100. Living in the high desert, I always buy all-weather mats for my vehicles and these ones are, by far, the best quality. It's hard to tell from the pics below, but they have the CTS logo along the outer edge. Very slick--much better than the stock carpet ones. Keep the following in mind when ordering:
-GM sells AWD and RWD versions (I learned about this the hard way.)
-Rear mats are sold separately
-Available only in black

Re: All-Weather Mats

They are also great in the snow and salt that we have now in the Midwest. Got mine through the dealer two weeks after I took delivery. I paid $145 from my dealer but I believe they are the same mats as shown in your photos. The stock carpeted mats are rather cheezy so these are a welcome addition.

I also wanted a better mat for winter (the OEM mats were taking a beating), but I didn't want rubber or vinyl - they show every footprint.

I ordered a pair of berber carpeted mats from the above site. The berber is tightly woven and can stand up to wear as well as snow and salt. I have the cashmere interior and ordered the medium brown. They are a nice contrast to the interior color - but rather unobtrusive.

The drivers side is a perfect fit, including the grommet placed in the correct position. For some strange reason the passenger side is oversized, but it still works.

I was planning to go back to the original mats in spring, but I think I might leave these in for good.

Re: All-Weather Mats

Or you can go to Sam's Club and purchase All Weather floor mats that can be trimmed to fit any vehicle's custom shape and they cost 19.88 for a set of 4.

Re: All-Weather Mats

I went to Costco last night and purchased the same ones that Sams has. Only $17.99. Not as nice as the Cadillac ones but look fine and fit well. I can use the extra $100 for something else.

Re: All-Weather Mats

I saw the ones that were being sold through the dealership (WeatherTech) for my STS-V and I think they wanted 120.00 for them. I saw those at Sam's and like you figured the cash was better spent on other things for the car, like the Clear Bra.

Re: All-Weather Mats

Thanks for the heads up on the all weather CTS custom mats. I picked mine up from the dealer today. They fit perfectly and look great (CTS lettering) and I did specifiy as advised the AWD version of the mats. Portland has lots of rain this time of year, and the rubber mats are the solution for me.

Re: All-Weather Mats

Costco Mats here too - look fine for the winter and work great at holding rain and snow in the grooves.
