I do like the hood, maybe fewer small details would make it more cadillac. I like the rear too (minus the square exhaust and clear taillights). Those calipers would never make it to stock. I wonder what the inside looks like. I don't think you can directly team up the current interior with an extreme exterior like that. Need new seats at least. Grille looks gen1ish, but it fits nice with the front bumper that's been extended down V-style. |

Like many others, I don't like the hood treatment. I hope the headlights are not what make it to the final version. These look like Gen I headlights. They have two projector lenses and no light pipes. In a better color (this looks like gray primer - very little gloss) and minus the hood treatment I think this would look pretty sharp. |

The CTS-V is going to differ a lot more from the CTS, unlike the 1st generation. I know that the grilles will not be interchangeable this time around.
Back in 2004, Cadillac showed a CTS Sport concept, which eventually became the 2006-2007 Sport Appearance package.
This will probably be toned down a little to become a '09 CTS Sport Appearance package or something similar.

I doubt the finished product will look like that. I doubt that the hood will carry over and there is no reason to do the different headlights when the stock ones look better.
I would expect it to look "something" like that but toned down a lot.
and yellow calipers.. yeah.. poor taste. try RED or black with silver trim.. OR
now HERE is a thought.. body color matched calipers.
THAT would look hot. |

The front and rear fascia's don't seem to work very well with the basic lines of the car, and the square exhaust pipes are cheesy. The wheels look bad too, and I agree with the fella who said the hood looks pontiac-ish, which isn't a good direction for Cadillac to go.
I sincerely hope the V is far and away removed from this monstosity. Its not just about getting eyes on your car, GM. Wait and see if those looking are laughing before you run with it...
