Yes, I bought it from Cadillac-Hummer / LMP. They're actually close to where I live (just over a kilometre away), so it's all very convenient for me.
I ordered my '09 CTS on April 16. The car was produced & shipped the week of May 18. I took delivery of the vehicle on June 11th.
It's a fully optioned DI FE2 CTS (incl. Nav). Unlike the '08 CTS4 I had been leasing, this time around I decided not to order AWD. I'm preferring my '09 CTS over the '08 CTS4, for several reasons. I'm loving the new car!
It's funny/odd that you immediately knew it was London from the first photo.. it must be the trees!
Hope you get yourself an '09 CTS. Cadillac-Hummer don't have many left, so you should act quickly. There's $6000 off the MSRP at the moment (on '09's). Send me a PM if you want/need more info re my '09 CTS.
Cheers
RAB.

JB | JB, great to hear from you! It's been a while, hasn't it? Thank you for your kind wishes.
My '08 CTS4 was actually leased, not purchased. I was able to transfer the lease (with 17 months still remaining) to an interested individual, while at the same time purchasing a new '09 CTS. A more detailed story is in a separate thread that I initiated. Here's the link to it: http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums...cts4-just.html
I hope you're still enjoying your CTS - I'm sure you are!
All the best,
RAB

Just picked up my new CTS 3.6DI AWD FE1...speechless would be a good word. Absolute dream car. I cannot think of another car i'd rather have as my daily driver - BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Acura, or Lexus - all make fine cars, but this one truly has won me over.
I traded in a 06' Acura TSX, this is a larger car but much more refined yet still sporting. The CTS has the titanium interior with Nav, Bose upgrade, glass roof. The only option i miss is the HID lights and foglights (would like to install these). The car was purchased off the lot with 18" Vogue Cu7 wheels and Tires (235/50). I enjoy how this makes the car standout.
My only concern is the steering wheel vibration; i'm hoping a simple wheel balance will fix this but am prepared for more based on some of the posts. It does not ride as smooth as it should - in the 30-50mph range, the steering wheel shimmies, the shift lever shakes somewhat...even my beer gut jiggles?! Again, hoping this will all go away when i drop it off tomorrow. |

....interestingly, I told them to take it for a long 'test' drive, to get it closer to the 500mile break-in point, dealer told me the engines come pre-broken in from the factory. |

All engines do come "broken in" from the factory Tony, so you can drive off carefree. But if you really care for your engine, it's good to vary the engine RPM for the first 800km or 500 miles. (It even mentions this in the manual). It's just a long term/OCD type thing. lol |
