I was thinking of doing a cold air intake I have a 2010 with the 3L v6. Was going to try the KPE brand, have you noticed any better gas Milage with yours?

    Re: New Cold Air Intake

I know this thread is over a year old, but I was looking for a less expensive CAI and in the video you supplied it looks like it fits really well, and it clearly states it is a 3.6 v6. I clicked onto the auto anything link, but for that CAI it only fits the 6.2 v8 model. I have a 2011 CTS Coupe with the 3.6 and it doesn't let me choose that CAI. Help? Is there any Spectre CAI that fits a 2011 3.6 v6?

    Re: New Cold Air Intake

The CAI that comes on the car from the factory flows far more air than the engine can handle at WOT redline. An add-on "HAI" is nothing more than bling. Save the money fot the inevitable brakes and tires.

Don't believe me ?? Spend the bucks on a ScanGauge-II, monitor MAP (inverse manifold vacuum) and IAT (Intake Air Temperature) for a while before and after the so-called "CAI" install. Form your own opinion.
