    Misfire fix however

I was getting a misfire once in a while during acceleration it seems problem was getting worse was advise on coil pack could be the problem but which one? I decided to change the plugs to start the process of illumination and sure enough that was the issue plugs were pretty worn here is my 2 questions

    1) found one of the plugs soak in oil what does that mean?
    2) The engine runs with a slight vibration it did not have this before really not very noticeable if your in front of engine but when I look under the car I can see both tail pipe vibrating a bit much causing raddle did I screw something up? It does not throw any codes

Was the oil burnt, Nd on the electrode only. Or was most of the plug covered in used oil?

If the tail pipes are shaking, there must be a misfire. The CEL isn't on?

I would like to know what the CEL is too. I have a vibration at idle also but once the engine is fully warmed up and after sitting for a half hour or so then started up again the idle is as it should be. It makes me think that it is a temperature sensor or possible injector fault. But I saw this thread and the note of the CEL and thought that I do not know what it is either.
