Are "Mods" even worth it in real world appications???
To the point: Has anyone gotten into sub-13s or even break into the 13s with any of the few aftermarket modifications made for our cars...The reason I'm asking, I own a CTS-4 with the DI and at 304Hp, its plenty fast enough and I'm sure as it sits stock, GM more than likely squeezed out as much safe HP they can get out of these V-6s...That’s pretty impressive to me...I realize these aren't tuner cars and if I want a all b@ll$ out high performance machine, that’s where a V would come into play...Just curious to know because I’ve read all about whose done what with their cars, but haven’t found anyone who actually tested to see if the money was worth it, hence, track times...Just looking for some input on this, before I decide to dump a bunch of change into enhancing the performance of my ride...Or just man up and save my pennies for the real deal and purchase a V...Opinions are welcomed
*Applications*, not appications...Silly spell checker
