    Cadillac CTS Navigation Update Failure......!

*sigh* I couldnt be more pissed off then i am right now. I finally ordered my update navigation CD for my 2009 Cadillac CTS. It downloaded to 57% and said "Update Fail". I kept trying again and nothing. I just moved to a new state and NEED my navigation!
Question: Is there anyway to get my navigation screen working again before i have the chance to bring it into the dealer? And, Is there anyway i can start the download over?...... I turned my car off..... It said if i do it'll just pick up where it left off. Then reading the navigation manual IN my car, it said not too

    Thank you!
    Denise

You might try the general forum. This problem is more appropriate there and will get a lot more views. This is more for engine and suspensions upgrades.
