    h & r springs problem

    I have a 2009 3.6di rwd. My mechanic is installing the front springs and it wont sit down all the way...the opening on h & r springs are smaller. Anybody going thru the same problem??

    That's going to be an issue. Are you sure that he didnt mix up the front and rear springs? The rears have a really tight coil at the top. See my thread for the Eibach spring install:

    No issue at all, once you put the car's weight on them they will spread open and fit nice and snug. I just installed mine not even a month ago and that's exactly what happened. The car rides excellent.
