    He tuned it to the dry filter but after further discussion I decided to go back with a oiled filter for a more precise tune and that might be debatable also. I like my volants but Iike options also, hope it works out for you. Contact volant and ask them whats up with the install, they should know.

    I already said what was up with it Volant only lists this particular cold air kit fitting 2008 & 2009's and they have no other kits described as fitting 2010-2013's

    I have a hard time believing the air filter thing because all of the GMPP cold air kits come with dry flow filters, I had one of their kits on my last car and it wasn't even an issue while tuning it on a dyno.
    Even the 5th gen Z/28 includes a cold air kit with a dry flow filter
