    Do the intake or exhaust first. Once you do your basic mods, then you do the tune. You will get the most out of your tune that way too.

    Personally, I would suggest starting with the intake. It will do the least for actual performance, but it will not cost much and you can install it yourself. If you happen to not like it, you can easily remove it and reinstall the stock intake.
