ceramic brake pads
i'm thinking of ceramic brake pads to get a little more bite and stop smothering my front wheels in brake dust. have you guys put ceramic pads on yet and what set would you recommend? also, would i also need to put new rotors on and if so, which ones would you recommend?
I was looking at these sets of pads for my 08 CTS DI AWD + FE2 Suspension:

Hope i'm not responding too late, but my experience with ceramics is that they result in faster disc friction. What i do is to have (the front) discs cross-drilled. As such the black powder residue is almost totally eliminated and disc heating reduced. This prolongs the disc (and wheel bearing) lifespan.
