I know this is performance but this is important. If anyone has a bad musty, mildew/ moldy smell in their car, I found out why.

It is the rear sunroof drains. Just like the front, they get clogged and overflow. Clean them! But that won't be enough. You have to remove the back seat. Simply pull up on the corners of the seat and it will pop right off.

This is for sedan and wagon(I assume). After that there will be a black rubber may with foam. That is your problem. I found 2 cups of water under my seat after a heavy rain.

Cleaned those things up.... No more smell

All the more reason to put this in the right area, so more people see it.

HEY GM REP, What is GM doing to address this problem? There needs to be TSB and recall. Replace the drain lines with larger diameter ones....Someone posted an excellent post on this very repair.... For a $50K car, I don't think the hot tub is one of my bill codes
