Would this be covered under warranty?

2010 CTS with GM MajorGuard protection plan. I just want to know what to expect and if the dealership tells me otherwise, if I should fight it. First, when the dealer sold me the car, I suspect they only had regular washer fluid in it instead of the anti-freeze kind because the washer fluid has not worked since it's been cold, despite me adding the anti-freeze kind. Actually, when I
dropped the car off, there was another guy dropping his off with the same problem. Other issue is the daytime running light in the headlight housing went out. On the GM Protection Plan webpage, it says "Daytime running lights (except bulbs)" are covered. So would that mean labor is covered and I just pay for the bulbs? Thanks in advance for any input.

    Hello srorobs,

I am glad you were able to speak with your dealership regarding your vehicle concerns and that they confirmed you are covered under your Bumper to Bumper warranty parameter. If you would like to further discuss your situation and have my involvement while working with your dealer, please let me know. I can be reached via private message and I am more than happy to assist anyway that I can.

    Sincerely,

    Laura M.

Yeah, that's what I assumed too but not sure - as soon as the cold weather hit, it stopped working so who knows?
