    Cadillac of Naperville Rocks!!!

I dropped my car off yesterday for it's first oil change since I purchased the car in January. I have to say, my experience was absolutely fantastic.

My b2b warranty expires next month so I came I with a list of items:

    - wheels had something wrong with the finish. It looked like there was glue or something sticky on the wheels but it was in the paint. Resolution - 4 brand new wheels!!!

    - front chrome piece on hood had a bubble in the chrome. Resolution - replaced

    - drivers seat felt like it had some play in it during hard acceleration & stops. It turned out the seat frame was cracked (no idea how that happened). Resolution - frame replaced

    - AM radio emits static regardless of station. Resolution - replaced antenna.

All of my concerns were acknowledged and addressed without hesitation plus I had a 2014 CTS for a loaner for 2 days.

    Total bill, $91.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I will definitely be using them for all of my service needs.

    I have a 2010 CTS4 - Premium.

I had a 2.0T AWD. I was extremely impressed with the interior. The new CUE system takes some getting used to. I'd give it high marks for they coolness factor, not so high for functionality. The drivers seat vibrated if you changed lanes without your turn signal, that was a neat feature, and the high beams came on and off automatically. I'm sure there are more features but I only had the car overnight so I didn't get too much time in it. Overall first impressions, take the interior & new technology and stick it in my current CTS and you've got the perfect car. When my buddy and I were finished working out, we were walking towards the car and he commented that it looks like an Accord.

Good to hear that you had a dealer who knows how to treat customers.
