Makes me question wheather Cadillac has gained or lost in the styling department.

Very cool. A few weeks ago I had parked on the street when we went out for dinner. This was in our suburban downtown. When I came outrage reward a beautiful '59 Cadillac convertible version of the car you posted parked right in front of me. I wanted to take a picture but all I had was my phone and it was dark. It would have been a cool picture, styling progression over 53 years.

Great pic - every Caddie enthusiast's dream driveway. I had to wait quite a while for the parking spot ahead of a 1939 Cadillac in Skagway, Alaska to become empty so I could get a pic of my car with it. I'd driven a few miles on dusty roads that day so it wasn't even clean, and it was before I put custom chrome wheels on it

The stance and the deep dish rear wheels make me think the 39 caddy is a restomod.

It is - was actually used as a "tour bus" for a few years recently.
