    little round knob

    on the left side of the steering wheel and below the information buttons,
    there is a small round knob with some hieroglyphics on it. What is it?

    Reminds me of a joke:

    This guy is born with a Phillips head screw in his belly button. One morning in bed, he notices that he can turn it. He unscrews it and it turns out to be about four inches long. He gets out of bed and his butt falls off.

    Great! I read the manual...it didn't say anything about that phillips screw. Now who's gonna help me hold my butt in place while I fix this problem?
