That isn't something that you you can let go for long, once the clear starts peeling.... It's a disease, as you know your clear is your only protection from screwing up your paint further,
Peeling usually happens to darker color cars as a result of heat build up over time and eventually breaks down the elements of the undercoat which works its way up. Yours looks suspect.. Like dealer special( quick paint to sell it job). Hope it's under warranty, that has to go down to the primer to fix it if done right. Looks like it would be cheaper to paint the whole thing, BTW nobody would frown on new paint unless it wasn't done right! Good luck
Throw it in reverse and drive equally fast. The clear coat should redeposit on the car.

My 2013 CTS Coupe was repainted due to acid rain spots on the hood and top. Dealer did a beautiful job. I believe it looks better than factory.
