I agree my friend, however I will always love the way Cadillac designed your wagon version.

The only criticism of the interior that I have read about is over the dated electronics, caused by the age of the body style. Although I personally wish the stereo had a USB input, I prefer the old style separate key and fob instead of the new bayonet style, and I did not want a pop up rear camera-nav screen, but having a rear camera view appear in the mirror would have been something I'd pay to get added.

Since I also have a bad back, I believe that all seats should have lumbar support adjustments, at least the basic ability to slip a foam pad between the center cushion and the seat back that cheaper manual control Recaro seats have.

Don't get me wrong the 2014 CTS looks like it's going to be a really nice car, but I prefer the look of the '08-'13 CTS sedans or coupes. The 2014 looks like it's trying to be an Audi too much to me -- if I wanted an Audi, I'd get an Audi, where I thought the '08-'13 CTS had a fairly unique look.

That's just my two cents anyway.

I do agree about the electronics.

I don't think I have seen the 2014 Coupe yet so I will have to wait and see.

It will be hard to beat the current Coupes.

The 2014 coupe is a carryover of the existing coupes. It is not the redesigned version of the CTS.

So this whole thread is about comparing Apples and Oranges. OK then, I'll wait to see the 2015 Coupe.

Word on the street is that the new CTS will not come in a coupe. The ATS however will.

Then the 2013 CTS-V Coupe will be a very desirable (read expensive) classic. Wish I had $70K.

My son is keeps trying to talk me into trading in my '12 Premium AWD coupe for a slightly used V coupe.

It will probably look a whole lot like the 2014 CTS-V coupe.

    Hey gohawks63,

The CTS 2014 model will be coming in a Coupe and be a continuation of the new 2013 and earlier body style.

6 years is a long run for a non-updated model in today's day and age. The world passes you by, and this CTS GenII is a little long in the tooth.
