But I did remove the plastic coverings in the engine bay. the rear floor mats, manuals, rear trunk floorboard and battery accss cover. I weigh in at 129lbs. Tires were at 38PSI Pirelli P Nero Zero. Was T/C and Stabilitrak off? And you could remove the AWD fuse and get all the power sent to the rear. Might knock the time down a little bit!

I turned off the TC but forgot about the stabilitrak. Wanted to get acquainted with the AWD and felt like it gave me a pretty serious advantage. I got pretty much everyone off the line. But for some reason it wouldn't let me launch higher then 2500RPM. Guessing safety built in to protect the trans.

15.4 is what Car and Driver got with the 2010 CTS 3.6 RWD. I think you had a good run.

    Good run brother.

Next time you go I am sure your times will drop, I know these cars can reach the 14's.

I was really hoping for a 14.9 I will be back in august. Really wanted to remove the passenger seat but took forever to change thte diff fluids (and take pictures) then driving around to pick up up trans case fluids. Then the car wash. Wish this had another 100HP.

I don't think that will net me another 100HP. From what I reading it seems the Iceolater merely reclaims lost HP from heatsoak in the plenum. Wish I had the dough to drop on the mods overall. But school is about to start again in 2 months so no more money. Once the car is paid off in a few years the would be monthly payments will go towards saving up for a TT setup then I will do those mods along with a new Timing chain once the warranty is up (2017?). I plan on keeping her a long time...

    Re: 15.4 seconds.

Your 60' time seems slow. I doubt that awd is helping you unless feel that there would have been a lot of wheelspin without it. Did you power brake it or just stab and go?
