"Fully loaded" is a meaningless, used car dealer term, used to describe pretty much any car with an automatic transmission and power windows.

Lots more you need to know about a used car than just the mileage and price. Impossible to answer your question with the info provided.

    Re: fully loaded vs luxury?

What is the trim level of the 2009? Performance? Premium? AWD or RWD?

In general the 3.6L is the preferred engine, but as has been said. Need more information.

    its a 2009 performance/rwd, with all options. 2010 has/rwd/ sunroof/18"wheels, sport suspension.limited slip differential/xenon HiD lights. NO Comfort&Convenience package or Sight&Sound. hope that helps

Performance isn't the top trim level. Does it have navigation?

Despite the disparity in content, I was thinking the same thing.

I was in a similar situation when I purchased my 2010. For the savings and peace of mind by still having manufacturer warranty made my decision fairly easy.

    Re: fully loaded vs luxury?

So after a week of discusses with my wife we decided to go with the 2010 3.0. It doesn't have the power like my 2007 escalade or the 3.6 but we very happy. looking forward to enjoying our new car.

I think the 2009 3.6 still had cam chain problems - 2010 has the updated rocker pannels - You made the right choice.
