What is it that you need to know?

Did you subscribe to it via XM?

Red2009, gohawks is correct -- giving the community a little more detail would be great, whenever you get the chance. And if you have lingering concerns that you would like me to explore further for you, please email me anytime at Katie_Lucille@gmexpert.com!

If you have a factory navigation unit then it will work. You do have to subscribe to the Navtraffic service.

I had a similar issue with the weather (displayed when you either say "weather" or press the info button while the map is displayed). I thought I needed the weather package too. I was told at according to their records the CTS unit doesn't display weather.

Never got the weather package, but I still get the weather conditions.

I would ask to speak to someone else at XM.

See the link below. Again, if you have the factory navigation (with the pop-up nav screen), then you have the feature.

I would point the XM Reps to the link.
