Not according to my Cadillac Dealership. SRX sales have been disappointing they say and hopes are for a downsized upscale SRX to fill the void.
I see you are also representing a dealership so we shall see. Thxs for your input Chris.

the 2014 srx will hit dealers in October (or so) and will be the same as 2013 (basically)
don't you think we would have seen a new model (if there was going to be one) at the auto shows this winter?

Makes sense about the auto show.
Although I did find this article about the downsized SRX. http://www.utsandiego.com/news/2010/...-is-downsized/

True, that article is about a downsized SRX. It was written in 2010, though, and it did ring true!

Re: D vader returns to the forum

Folks, the article about downsizing the SRX that post #20 written by D VADER was WRITTEN IN 2010, NOT A RECENT ARTICLE. Don't jump to conclusions that are not there. Read the first two paragraphs!

"Cadillac's smaller sport utility vehicle, the SRX, is finally downsized enough to warrant the "smaller" label, and for 2010 seats just five people. The SRX's V-8 and rear-wheel drive platform also are gone.

The updates make the 2010 SRX better able to compete with the top-seller in the luxury, mid-size, crossover SUV segment - the Lexus RX 350. In fact, Cadillac set the starting price tag for the new SRX some $7,000 less than last year's larger, seven-passenger model and in the process undercut the Lexus substantially."
