Check what your current HID Kit is rated, then, see if higher HIDs are possible w/o screwing up your electrical. Other than that, try getting some surplus US Army search lights installed or death lasers. Then try having your night vision checked.

I think you should install a light bar that you can purchase at any 4 x 4 offroad shop. Git yurself sum of dem big ol' round lights that blind the oncumming drivers.

As HID lamps age they do lose lumens (brightness), you likely need to get some new lamps.

Osram 5k CBI's the solution. To my dismay, I personally thought the oem fresnel frosted lens was the culprit.... N O T ! !! I would of bought the D1S night breakers but dislike the yellow in 4350k. Best upgrade buy for my coupe yet and truly hard to believe just the bulb can achieve such results . I can drive down the road now without somebody elses beam swallowing me up at night ! That is the WORST FEELING especially in nice car. The width and the length of the beam is extended BIG TIME along with the brightness of a pure white 5k kelvin.( no yellow Yah !)Just make sure you purchase your CBI's from a reputable source because the copy cats are out there in droves onEbay/Amazon to steal you hard earned dough with BS counterfeits.

Sad, but in a way, this annoying issue can be looked at as a kinda measuring stick in what to expect and what you actually get investing in this brand, which is why imo Cadillac is frowned apon with mainstream affluent buyers., can't even include a G-damn high quality bulb or DRL for that matter until 2014 as their european counterparts have done for years already.... And thats just one of many absurdly stupid asinine issues only now are they finally getting addressed and in tuned hopefully correcting in a more timely fashion.
