    * Oil useage check at required oil change

Well, I just had my first scheduled oil change. After seeing post of the 3.6 using oil I had my concerns. Upon arrival at my dealership I had the service writer open the hood and check the dipstick. It read exactly "Full". Not one drop was missing. They changed the oil & filter and I was on my way.

You still need to check it yourself at least every 500 to 1000 miles. It sure is easier to add oil than have a failure of some type, and you also will learn about your oil consumption.
    MoFex and MoFex like this.

Just make sure its at operating temps and you let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to get an accurate reading.
