    Cooling fluid

I am going to replace cooling fluid. I checked the service manual and it calls for plastic tubing to go over the radiator mounting pin. Anyone knows what the size of the tubing is? I want to get ready for the fluid change……

it's not 100% necessary, it just keeps it cleaner. i would imagine a standard fuel hose size would work. They're 5/8 right?

you should just be able to open up the petcock and drain it if all else fails.

    Re: Cooling fluid

    Delta,
thank you for the info. I will get some transparent tubing at 5/8 size and see if it fits. If not I will just do it, the job will be messier but at least the engine will have new cooling fluid....
