    Related, the service dept of my local dealer (Towne Caddy in Jersey) stated that it was not possible to upgrade the Bose 8 to Bose 10 w/HDD but no nav due to wiring harness issues. I would think it is probably the same deal going from Bose 10 w/HDD no DVD nav to DVD nav.

    Thanks for the info, Scott. I'm depressed now.

    Read the posts on those who tried doing this. Hope you are talented at all the rewiring and adjustments to be made w/o any documented procedures. At one time I wanted the dealer to do this - going from Bose 10(standard with Perf. package) - with no luck. If you have a Lux model with base radio(RPO U2T/Bose 8) it would seem impossible.
