B20 Option not available at this time
Thank you for contacting Cadillac and your interest in the 2008 Cadillac CTS. We appreciate the time you have taken to write us.
The Wood Trim Package (option code B20) is a factory-installed option for the 2008 CTS. However, it is not available to order at this time. The 2008 CTS is a completely new, redesigned vehicle. Sometimes, when a new vehicle is introduced, not all features are readily available at the start of production. We apologize if this causes you any inconvenience. Orders for the 2008 CTS with the B20 option will have the wood steering wheel and shifter knob replaced with leather until the wood trim is available. The wood trim for the instrument panel, center console and door trim (B19) is currently available. Unfortunately, we do not have an exact timeframe for the wood steering wheel and shifter to be available. Please visit http://www.cadillac.com periodically or contact your preferred Cadillac dealer for updated information. Dealers are provided with production updates on a regular basis and will be notified when this option is available to order. We hope this is helpful and again, apologize for any inconvenience.
At Cadillac, we strive to provide exceptional customer service. If we can be of any further assistance please email us or call 1-800-333-4223 between the hours of 8am to 11pm Eastern Time seven days a week. Thank you for contacting Cadillac.

Re: B20 Option not available at this time
This is good news for some of us. I ordered the Premium Luxury Collection, but wished I could have deleted the wood wheel. If my car is built soon (maybe already built), it'll come without. Since I do like the wood shifter, I hope to add that when they become available.
