Got hit, so time for cts v bumper!

Yep, it happened, someone backed into my car while I was at work. Hood is damaged and so is the bumper. Sooooo long story short, it's time for the cts v bumper conversion! I have a body shop getting ALL the parts needed for the conversion for $2700. Plus another $1500 in labor and paint. I also snagged a PAIR of oem hid headlights in great condition with no broken tabs from eBay for $515 shipped. Probably gonna do a two tone on the hood since I'm getting a v hood also. Pics shortly!!

man that's way overpriced, my conversion total for parts and paint was about 1500 (I did the labor myself)

Well yea you did the work yourself which is always going to cost less. I priced everything out on gmpartsdirect and the guy basically price matched them. It was $2500 before shipping, which after I calculated it would have added another $900 on. He is only charging $2700 for parts. I'm probably going to talk him down on labor but remember I'm doing a custom paint job and also ordered the cts v hood which added $600

I'm also using brand new genuine parts. Not used like a lot of others have done. So that brings the price up. Dealership wanted to charge me $4000 for parts ALONE. So all things considered I am getting a pretty good deal

I know. I spoke with him on the phone. He can't do anything with freight items such as the hood and bumper cover.
