    They are still bright and you can still see the logo fine, it's just the color that's fading.

    I bought them on ebay as well. The ones that Hammerhead bought the the exact ones that i bought. The 4th generation. There are 5th generation ones that came out I'm going to take a look at those but I'm going to see if I can contact the seller on ebay to see if there is anything he can do.

    My only thought / impression is that I only get to enjoy these in a really dark area. Don't get me wrong, they have a big wow factor when people see them, but about 90% of the time I am the only one who knows they are there. Useless on sunny days or in well lit parking areas for the most part. Just sayin...

    For $20-$100 (depending on who you buy it from), your wow factor per dollar is pretty spectacular. Just sayin ...

    I just drilled into the kick panels inside, ran the lights from the footwell supply. The pictures don't do the image justice, but I've ran these for the last few months and always create a wow factor to new passengers when they realize its a projection not in the carpet.
