    Halogens hot-swappable with HIDs?

New CTS coupe owners here... Quick easy question for the forum...
My coupe has halogens. Would like to upgrade to the HID version which I see alot of on FleaBay, however really don't see a distinction between coupe and sedan. Are they one in the same?

    Thank you!

Is it just plug and play? Say if I buy full Xenon headlamps with bulbs and ballasts, anything else I should know about on these?

searching does wonders and you dont have to wait for someone answer something that has been asked many times.

While true, then I wouldn't get to chat with fellows such as yourself!

Haha good luck with the project. I did it. I'm very happy with the lights. Costly but worth it.
