I have read back quite a while, so i now know the correct wheel offset for our CTS's. However I do not understand how a wheel which does not fit into the prescribed offest will effect the car. If I find a set of wheels with the correct lug patterb (5X120) but the offset it 25, will the wheels not fit, or what might the problems be?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Wheel Offset
yes, the wheel will fit but that offset might have the wheel stick out pass the fender. Which means you will have to get a narrow tire size. When buying a wheel make sure you look for; lug pattern, center bore, and offset and sometimes the lug holes. I think the lowest offset that the CTS can have are 35mm. Anything smaller will have the wheel stick out too much.
