That grill is badass! I have the chrome strips, but yours rocks!

The pinstripe isn't an option, so I'm surprised it's under the clear?! Are you sure it's just not waxed or polymer coated over?

Have you tried this? I learned this from the Corvette Forum and removed mine that also seemed to be under the clear coat but were not:

Painted pinstripes are usually sign painters enamel, to remove use mineral spirits on a towel and rub lightly. The stripe will start to be removed. Use mineral spirits sparingly and lightly rub the surface; otherwise there is a risk of marring the surface.

Thanks for that info. In the pinstripe there is even a small Cadillac Wreath. The pinstripe is really not very noticeable but if I can remove it easy I will. I will try the mineral spirits first on a test location in the trunk. It the paint is stable I will try the pinstripe area. I will also call the dealer where it came from to see what they say. Again thanks!

You're welcome. I had the wreath on mine, too. It really came off pretty easy with no damage to the paint and I have a black car.

By the way your grill looks awesome I love the Chrome job.

The grille is sick! I've always liked the look of our grille, but not the plastic material. I just wish somebody sold one like this. I'm not sure I want to go through the time an expense of getting a new one and then having it plated.

Do you know what brand of Ceramic Brake pad you installed? Aside from the dust reduction, how do they perform vs. the stock pads?

I had ceramics on my previous vehicle, and they were a lifesaver due to the low-dusting.

    Thanks!

All I can say is that you have the hottest CTS I've seen.

    That grill is ridiculous. Congrats.
