I was at my in-laws house this weekend, and it looks nice around there, so I took some pics. Just put on the chrome grille inserts and chrome body
accents. I love my car!
Nick, awesome pics. The spoiler looks great, but I'm more impressed with the shine on your CTS. Seems like I remember you said you use Rejex. I just did a little research and sounds very impressive. If that's what's on your car, I'm convinced. Thanks for those pictures.
Some guy, just bought it at BJ and sent it to my buddy's shop to have the entire interior done custom. We body matched every metal surface in the car and are now working on the custom trunk.
Funny, now that the mufflers are broken in, I am even more in love with the system. It sounds like a German V8 at low RPM and really howls at full-cam. The tips look great, and it really adds to the car. There really are no downsides. The drone in the car is minimal, and the CTS is so well-insulated, that it really doesn't get nasty until you have all the windows down.
Hey Nick, the spoiler looks very good. I was debating on getting the same one for my car, but the website only had one close up picture of it. Could you post another side view and rear view a little further away? Thanks
awesome. make sure you follow the installation instructions exactly. even if it seems pointless or redundant. Aslo, the copy that comes with the spoiler is in black and white, print a set of instructions off of e&g's website and use those. Another pointer, test-fit the support brackets and massage them exactly to the curve of the third brake light. Lastly, purchase yourself some probond adhesive promoter, as you will want to apply it to all of the painted surfaces that will have 3m tape attached.
Oh, and dawn wash the trunk area before application, if you have access to a pro grade cleaner, such as bodysol, use it. Wax immediately after install.
Hey Nick, Did you ever finish putting the chrome strips on the doors? I seen the one on the rear quarter-panel. I can't decide if I'm going to put them on my black raven or not. I did the grill and except for one piece I'm trying to get in touch with LGT to replace (bubble in it) it looks great. Thanks! - jvp
for my chrome licence frame I just purchased those small pads you put on the bottom of furniture ..like on a stool..picked small ones..used four..works great..
