How much more enjoyable is the car with a supercharger on it?
Also what are respectable 1/4 mile times.
Mind you I can drive well.. Im not new to the LS6/LS2 or a supercharged car.
I had a 98 ATI Procharged Corvette C5 with just under 500 rwhp.
Just want some opinions / recommendations on which s/c people mainly prefer and respected 1/4 mile times.
Also any major problems that anyones experienced after going force induction? |

See numbers below. The Procharger is a great option and probably more power. For a mere $48k you could be driving mine. |

Current Motor Trend has the info on it and it was confirmed by my Caddy dealer. |

So, let's see how reputable he is when it is released! Hmmmm! |

It will NEED this in order to keep up vs the e63 amg, m6, rs4, etc. if it doesnt then god help them vs the competition
Reports as i am a big poster on corvetteforum.com - the 08 z06 will have 550 hp and the base c6 will have 450.
The LS3 will be in the 08 C6s. MSRP won't change that much also. |

Basically the ls3 vs the ls2 is this: 2008 LS3 basically has LS7 heads. the ls7 heads give the 50 crank ponies. (this info was taken from a corvetteforum.com thread - the person posting this is very knowledgable on this stuff and releases from gm)
i dont think there is going to be an ls8 rand49er. Its going to hop right into an ls9 at around 600 hp. This info although not 100% in detail is solid info not just speculation. This ls9 should be in the 08/09 C6 Z06. Also the blue devil the corvette supercar with a $110,000+ price tag will be a supercharged ls9 (round 675 hp) |

Here's a video of a Corvette with a maggie: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/showthread.php?t=1607315 ... might be comparable to a V. |

I'm one. (Gotta keep up with the Joneses.)
