Anyone have a Tune by Vette Doctors

There charging a very reasonable price for a dyno tune and I was just wondering if any of you guys have had it done by them or have any opinions/experience on their work?

I've been to Vette Doctors.. The most cocky people I've ever met.. But, they do good work and they know what they're doing.. I haven't heard anything in regards to Vs but for Vettes, they're one of the best - if not THE best.

I'm on LI and went to Cartek right over the bridge in Jersey. Same as many of the other people here. Vette Dr's been around along time but not sure about the V tune. I've heard mixed stories about them.

Same as above. They are right down the street from my shop. Good rep for their work but I have heard other stories about their attitude. I don't see why they wouldn't be able to tune your V.

Great bunch of guys and they know their S**T unlike some other shops around that can just talk a big game. To others commenting about an attitude, my experience has been nothing but the opposite. Carmen has bought many of beers and hung out with all us Vette owners after races for years. I don't think anyone has ever had a problem attitude wise with him.

As far as performance goes, they put out some of the top performing cars year in and year out.

I had a fine experience with the Vette dr.s.. They dyno tuned my V after I had the Stealth Mail away tune, that was decent. I won't k nock Ricks tune.

If you have access to a Dyno tune I'm convinced it's the way to go because I had both.
He got me an extra 15 HP and 25TQ.. Not too shabby..

They may not be the most Personable guys but, I have no problems with the quality of his work. He ran my car about 6 times on the dyno.. They are serious about there work. There shop is clean, and they build some of the baddest Vette's in the country!
I'm bringing my Z06 there monday for a little something .....

I can tell similar things that have already been said and the post about 'if you don't have a vette they don't wanna speak to you' is COMPLETELY wrong! First of all, whatever car you have, Carmen speaks to you like he don't won't to speak to you but he means nothing by it at all! I don't believe he has an attitude but it can easily be taken by many as an attitude! Regardless, they do excellent work and the tunes are top notch, if not the best! For the questions about tuning a V, they tune all GM's guys, it's the same sheet and if you need to know, I know he's done at least 1 of them! He's done many, many GTO's so you can go to their forum and find out some real good stuff.

I would highly recommend them to anyone who is close by. I am not close by and may even wait till I go to NY in the summer and have my work done there. I would love to have them tune my car over everyone else when work is done but I have heard of a great tuner in Tampa as well!
