I've only had my V a few days so might have missed it... how did the LS7 fit in the Caddy? Did you have to build new mounts or make room for a larger pan? Not really sure if that extra liter is all bore, stroke, or a combo of both...
Does the C6 Z use the T-56? Did you use just the clutch assembly? |

If the LS7 is heavier than the LS6.. If so, you should upgrade the sway bars if you haven't done so already. |

You have done what so many people on this forum said they wanted GM to do for the next model "V". Myself included. Will you dyno it stock before you start tuning? I hope you are kind enough to post your #'s. GM lurkers will surely watch this one. You may have done what it takes to make GM give us the LS-7!!! Mabey even that new CRAZY motor that I don't know anything about(LS-9?). I'm hoping for a 500+ rwhp, very tuneable car, for the next version. With more TV screens and video cameras, a few more bells and whistles, and some james bond type gadgetry....
Congratulations on leading the way! More inspiration for a stocker like me. Please update us and the thread should be starred or stickied or whatever that is so its always up top. Thanks. |

If you're doing a FAQ page, can you put up a short write-up from the install thread, with a list of the hurdles/changes needed to make it work.
This is the most interesting thing to come across the forum in awhile...
