    Thanks Brian. Weird the email bounced back like that. Idk about the UUC bushings, shifter was in it when I bought it. I assume they're there.

    Just ordered mine, read this thread about 50 times and sick of the sloppy nylon

    Ill be shipping your shifter today. Most of the slop is from the bushings in the base. The Hurst will remove all of it that is caused by those bushings and the shifter itself.

    just installed mine last night. notchy as hell, but a big improvement over oem. and ill be sending out my oem shifter to you soon. thanks brian!

    That's how it should feel. You should be able to feel the gates and the stops in the sister mechanism/transmission. The stock business/stock shifter felt like moving a spoon in a bowl of jello.
