    DIY ? Rear cradle bushings?

    So, i really like doing things DIY. does anyone have a CAD drawing of the Delrin rear cradle bushings? so i can have the exact measurements? Would you think its possible for a guy with alot of time on his hands , and access to a CNC , take some Delrin barstock ( and make some bushings ?

    It's definitely possible. If someone has dimensions for the bushing, I could make a CAD file. I think you'd want the outside diameter to be a good fit in the housing, maybe .001-.002" clearance, with a steel sleeve in the center like the polyurethane bushings.

    Why bother? Its already been done and there is 1 set left from the group buy we did last year
    All the maths have been done and they were made on a 4 axis Haas CNC (IIRC).
