    Volant Intake on '06

Getting ready to purchase the Volant 15857150 Cold Air Intake for my LS2. I've read some other threads about the modification needed to make it work for the LS2. Just looking to see if there are more recent updates of what people are using, or have switched to. I've heard mostly good about the Volant but didn't know if times have changed since the few year old posts I was reading. Also seeing if anyone has one laying around. Mostly Bone Stock V with Cat delete and corsa.

    Thanks,
    Eric

Why do u all remove the cats? That little bit of backpressure will help ur lower end. Sacrificing 5-10peak hp only...

The lpe intake with volant tube is ur best approach.

Then get fast 92 intake with oorted ls2 tb and enjoy

Naf, I'm putting in high flow cats further down the pipes. My stock cats were very much plugged up. I have access to lifts and welders and piping. So just kinda having some no cat fun right now while I wait for my high flows to get in.
Then get fast 92 intake with oorted ls2 tb and enjoy
no idea what this means. All I got out of that was LS2 Throttle Body.

Thanks for the input guys. I will look into lpe
