    Maximizer Headers ???

Since this is a cheap product i thought someone here would know of it...

It seems to be similar to OBX, but better in quality, Supposedly!!!

I need 1 7/8 headers with a 3" collector, I found out i have 1 3/4" with 3" collector and since i drilled it and installed it, there is no returning it.

Installed an EGT on cylinder #7 for precautions....

Lookin forward to your feedback on this brand

I prefer Kooks, so it has to be an awesome pitch from you guys...

Seemingly bottomless pockets and you're asking about 'cheap' headers? Wow.

See what is possible about what? I'm on mobile so I can't see your SIG to see if your car has like a blown alcohol big block in it or something. But as far as I know they make headers for the V...

I believe Kooks dumps into a 2.5" collector and he wants 3".

Naf has done everything to his car because it is in the desert and is a straight up racecar. From V2 brakes to much improved cooling system to grinding all his body welds to shave weight.

Oh... I see... Stainless works stuff is 3 inch all the way back from the collector out... at least they advertise it as 3 inch mandrel bent... Mine fits pretty good too.

    Re: Maximizer Headers ???

Kooks makes my 1 7/8 headers with 3" collector, I ordered them a couple yrs ago.

I installed them in my car coated and plugged for EGT, but found i have 1 3/4" not 1 7/8"

I have a 3" oval exhaust with custom muffler mimicin the original. I have played with the Corsa resonator, SW resonator, and even off the shelf type, but each were prone to drone. When i had the stock resonator and corsa mufflers it had a sweet note, i am tryin to mimic that once again...

Pictures will be posted on instagram later #ctsv

Weird... I would think if you kept the receipt, that kooks would send you out new ones. If not for free, at a discount at least. I haven't dealt with them, but my buddy has had a few issues with his once a few years back and they took care of him no problem.

I guess the Maximizer headers are great if you want overcopied Chinese crap on your car. Rather go with Pacesetter than those.

Pacesetter are steel and will rust. OBX and maximizer are SS. Regardless of who makes them, SS is the better way to go.

It will rust either way so just go with whatever is cheapest.
