sqeaking from front suspension possibly lower control arm bushing?

I am noticing loud creaking and squeaking from front suspension at low speeds and while turning. I took my kw shock coil over's apart this weekend and couldn't pinpoint any movement so I buttoned it back up and still creaks at low speeds. I was looking through old tsb's and found this, has anybody done this disk install on their own or had the dealership perform it? Its a disc put between the washer and bushing to prevent metal on metal contact.

I have read rumors that revshift or creative steel is/was looking at producing front control arm bushings. Anybody know if that was lower bushings and how close they might be on it?

I haven't had this problem. If you can't locate the source with a visual like the TSB you referenced, try lubing it up. I use Prothane Super Grease.

You also might want to check your PS fluid since you mentioned it happens during turning.
