Has anyone had bad luck with a particular brand of thermostat

I plan to replace the thermostat, probably this weekend, but want to do it right the first time. I know in the SBF world there are significant flow differences between the typical parts store (Stant, usually) thermostat and the higher quality Robertshaw style (EMP Stewart Components, for instance). I was disappointed to see that there don't appear to be any Robertshaw type thermostats for the LS motors.

Summit Racing has JET, Mr. Gasket, Hypertech and Stant in the 180F variety (actually, the Stant is 186F). What have people used, and have you had any issues?

    Thanks!

I heard that all the LS thermostats were made by the same company, including the OEM stats, but just branded differently. They are all basically good.

Haven't heard many problems for these motors like others.
