Cool Blower, cam size, and California smog

I'm looking to buy a v with mods by the previous owner. I've seen a couple across the country and my question is:
How big of a cam can be run and still pass smog in California? I've been looking a blown/supercharged/maggied cars and non-blown.
Here's a couple of links to ones I'm looking at.

    Thanks

For Calif, you are gonna need the CARB sticker for the blower.

Don't even ask me how long that took to get.
