    Now that's an interesting idea! I'll have to talk to Jesse about that. The timing would certainly be right.

    Oh, and Jesse made me a great offer on the header/exhaust install, so he's doing that for me while the car is there.

    Slowly getting parts / fluids ordered. Anyways... how about the oil filter, feel like i'm over-thinking this, but figured I would ask since car is still in storage.
    I'm thinking about going with the Mobil 1 extended performance being it is a synthetic. Was originally thinking stock Delco filter. Any input, or other choice?

    There is a list of filters on the faq. I've always used the mobil option.

    I have been back and forth over Amsoil and Mobil 1, so I decided to call Blackstone Labs, figured since they don't sell the oil... yet they test it, that they would be a good place to answer this question.
    Anyways, just wanted to let everyone know that they were very friendly, and that basically they have not seen any results that show one to be better than the other. Yes I do agree that should have been a given, but I'm just trying to get down to the technical truth.
