I think there should be a vender rule, you can only offer clutch setups that match what you can bench...

Now, go bend up some more axles, I assume by hand you strong ass SOB.

You guys are doing it wrong. More muscle = more weight = slower track/drag times.

Car goes under the knife at Excelsior for what I am starting to jokingly call the "first makeover" on wednesday. It will be getting the Texas Speed 233/239 112 cam and all associated top end valve train parts. I am retaining the stock heads for now (unless Kushan convinces me to get his massively ported LS6 heads lol) the lightened (15lb steel) flywheel and clutch go in at the same time. As are the rear 10 inch stock rims with 295s and new black slotted and drilled rotors with EBC Yellows.

Should be a real different car when I get it back.

I thought in the other post you said that you had someone who tried this setup and it didn't work...so what are you curious about?

well from what the pics showed it was a different PP and he never got to put it in because it never lined up... maybe this one is different (even tho tom said it wasnt, but the pics clearly showed it was)... just wondering if it would actually bolt up and hold up to power, stock power at that... hence "just curious"

good luck. Let us know how it goes. How you taking pics and doing a write up if someone else is doing the install?

Cause I am one a hell of an internet marketing specialist, and I spend time with my clients writing up content for their websites.

Well, I think the intended and pertinent inquiry is whether you will actually witness the install about which you will be writing.

lol I know, I was messing about. Ill try to be more serious next time when talking about mod hell. I will be witnessing most of it, but I think Kushan (shop owner) will be the one writing the article as well as taking pics, then I perform the Voodoo..

Well to cut to the chase - the write-up, no matter who writes it, must reveal the type and source of all of the components used (in additon to those supplied dirctly by Hendrix-Engineering) to assemble the thing. Otherwise, the do-it-yourself readers will not be able to replicate the install and the result will be NO incremental sales for Hendrix-Engineering, which presumably is the purpose of this exercise.

    Ditto to Darkman.

Thanks again Voodoo for the upcoming write-up, and for the explanation
