    Re: Show Me V-Day III!!!!

I don't know if I could have gotten back to civilization from Summit Point if it weren't for those "bread crumbs."
a few of us still missed the turn, both of them, both times. lol
Good Times... for those of you who missed it... don't let it happen again! This is a great crowd to hang out with.
I pray I can attend the next one.
I expected the thing to haul ass but the braking ability of that machine really took me by surprise. We pulled out of the pits and crossed the last braking marker at 135mph, then BAM... down to 50mph in about 3 milliseconds and out of turn 1 at full speed again.
The stopping power was incredible. I didn't know it was possible to do that. Coming out of turn one to turn three the car pulled so hard.
    come on man, im serious
ok ok, this was one of the first features I found when getting the car and have always used it. It is the tracking system to show where you have been, so you can find your way out of where you were with out directions. I just related it to the old fable. It's in your nav menu, and a must if you leave your can with someone.

I'm not going to name names. And, one of his friends is on the forum. I plan to tell Luke privately that one reason I stopped mid-track session & quit driving was I refuse to ever get in the car w/that person again.

    Re: Show Me V-Day III!!!!

For you guys who had your cameras with you all day, keep 'em coming! I only got a few pictures of the VR, and some of the white groups last session from the lookout deck (I don't know what that structure is really called). All of my action shots came out like crap, because I only brought my shitty point and shoot sony.

Once you guys start to get your pics from Race Day Photo; post them here. The photographer from Vday II put a package together with 1 pic of each car I requested plus all of the pics of my car. This guy said no to that... Its nice to have a photo album with all of the cars that where there.

We should have got a group shot of all the Vs together in the AM

Sorry to all of the NYC/NJ caravan, who tried to fallow me to the car wash; instead of sticking with the rest of your crew... I tried to stay behind you guys so that wouldn't happen, but when ALL of you missed the turn back to Rt. 7 that didn't work out...

    Bob,

Being signed off solo didn't make you any faster, did it ? Dave is too small of a guy and our cars too heavy to experience the "instructor penalty"

Does this ever end? I certainly see why you're on meds.

Probably made me slower 'cause I could listen to radio as for Dave's size I am twice -- make that three times his size so I carry my own instructor penalty.
